Hi everyone

Happy Tuesday! Just checking in. How did your first dinner go last night? How impressed was your family?

I sure was happy that I had a prepared meal ready to be baked when I got home. My navigation system in my car took me the wrong rout picking up my youngest from his play date and I got stuck in that horrible LA rush hour traffic It did though make great dinner conversation!

Tip: Don’t forget to prepare the Meat Sauce ahead of time if you are not home in the afternoon. The Meat Sauce should simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, which will blend all the flavors and give that rich taste.
