• Who invented the Hamburger? May 25

Posted on May 25, 2012 by in Friday Night Dinner

There is something to be said for that first BBQ Burger of the season. Nothing tastes quite like it. It’s almost a celebration in itself. Memorial Day, the start of another BBQ season and a whole new life to be lived outdoors. I always wondered why that first Burger just tasted so much better than any subsequent burgers. I might never find the answer to that question, just as I have not found a definite answer to; “who invented the Hamburger?” Frank and Charles Menches or Louis Lassen?
